Separate Treatments and Existing Conditions
Gutter brightening, rust removal, and irrigation stain treatment require different products and processes. When appropriate, they are identified and priced separately.
Some discoloration is part of the surface rather than removable buildup. Oxidation, failing paint, damaged screens, failed seals, and similar existing conditions may limit the result even when an area can be safely cleaned.
Preparing for the Appointment
Access and Pets
Close all windows and doors, unlock gates, and secure pets indoors before the appointment.
Clear the Work Areas
Move vehicles away from the work areas. Remove portable furniture, grills, mats, decorations, toys, and potted plants from the surfaces being cleaned. Leave anything too heavy or unsafe to move in place and point it out before work begins.
Provide Water Access
Make sure a working exterior water spigot is accessible.
You Do Not Need to Stay Home
Once access is confirmed and the property is prepared, you do not need to remain home during the wash. When possible, plan to be available near completion for the final walkthrough.

What happens if the weather changes?
Rain alone does not always require rescheduling. Lightning, high winds, heavy rain, or conditions that prevent the cleaning solution from working properly may delay service.
